Customer is licensed for direct export / export consignment; having good business operations, positive financial condition;
Customer has the legal ownership and full rights to benefit from the documents set;
Payment method and deadline of the document set:
L / C at sight or deferred L / C with remaining payment term less than 180 days;
Documents against Payment (D/P) or Documents against Acceptance (D/A) with remaining payment term of less than 90 days accepted by the importer; or remaining payment term of less than 360 days guaranteed/committed by another reputable bank to pay the bill when it is due.
Other conditions as stipulated by BAOVIET Bank.
